LIFE FEELING A BIT OFF?
You don't have to be in crisis to lose your footing.

Sometimes you just don't quite feel like yourself.

Find your bearings again.

Feeling more like yourself

Less pulled by noise

More grounded

More intentional

More connected with what matters

Take the Connection Quiz

When Life Feels a Little Off

Sometimes nothing is dramatically wrong, but you still don’t quite feel like yourself.

You may recognise this if you’re:

  • getting pulled into the same conversations or reactions
  • overthinking something simple for days
  • saying yes when something in you means no
  • feeling emotionally flooded but still needing to respond
  • holding everything together while quietly losing touch with yourself
  • knowing what matters, but struggling to stay connected to it

If so, you’re not alone.

What is Connection Compass?

Connection Compass was created for those moments when life feels a little off.

It’s a gentle way of finding your bearings again – reconnecting with yourself, your relationships, nature and a deeper sense of meaning.

Spirit
Self

Reconnect with yourself when you’ve been overthinking, adapting, or quietly losing touch with what matters to you.

– Returning to what steadies you
– Rebuilding self-trust
– Noticing what you need
– Reconnecting to what feels true

Nature

Reconnect with the perspective, beauty and rhythms of the natural world – especially when life has become busy, noisy or overwhelming.

– Finding space to breathe
– Creating distance from urgency
– Reconnecting with awe, and perspective
– Remembering you are part of something larger

Community

Reconnect through meaningful human connection, shared humanity, and relationships that help you feel seen, supported, and less alone.

– Remembering you are not navigating life alone
– Deepening relationships that nurture you
– Staying connected to yourself while connectinging with others
– Rebuilding belonging and mutual care

Spirit

Reconnect with meaning, wonder, and the deeper experience of being alive.

– Returning to what truly matters
– Remembering the part of you that has always been there
– Allowing moments of beauty, awe, and mystery to move you
– Remembering life is more than pressure, productivity, or survival

When life feels a little off, one or more of these areas is often asking for gentle attention.

Returning to them can help you reconnect with what steadies you and find your bearings again.

There Isn't One Right Way Back

Some begin with quiet reflection. Others through nature, conversation, or simply recognising themselves in a moment they’re living through.

Wherever you begin, Connection Compass offers gentle ways to help you find your bearings again.

  • Guided reflections and self-coaching questions
  • Simple reconnection rituals and everyday practices
  • Self-paced learning through the Orientation Series
  • Personalised 1:1 support, for those who’d like a guide alongside them

The aim isn’t to overhaul your life.

It’s to gently reconnect with what steadies you, so you can respond to everyday life with greater clarity, intention and self-trust.

Take the Connection Compass Quiz

The Connection Compass quiz is a short 8-question reflection tool designed to help you:

  • notice where connection already feels strong
  • recognise what may be quietly asking for your attention
  • gain clarity about where to begin
  • identify small, meaningful next steps that feel right for you

There’s no scoring, no diagnosis, and no fixing – just a clearer sense of where you are, and where to begin. The quiz can be completed without sharing any personal details.

Who Created Connection Compass?

Connection Compass was created by Cherie Pasion from her own experience of feeling pulled away from what mattered by the noise, pressure, and demands of modern life – and learning how to find her way back again.

Over time, she realised many thoughtful, capable people weren’t broken – they’d simply drifted away from what kept them grounded.

Drawing on her background in social science, behaviour change, sustainability, and nature-based practice, Cherie created Connection Compass as a calm, grounded, and human-centred approach to reconnecting with yourself, with others, with nature, and with what feels meaningful, alive, and real – without pressure, fixing, or ideology.
