Find Your Way Back to What Truly Matters

Many capable, thoughtful people arrive here not because something is wrong, but because life has become noisy, demanding, and fragmented.

You may recognise this if you’re:

  • getting pulled into the same conversations or reactions
  • overthinking something simple for days
  • saying yes when something in you means no
  • feeling emotionally flooded but still needing to respond
  • holding everything together while quietly losing touch with yourself
  • knowing what matters, but struggling to stay connected to it

Connection Compass exists for moments like these – helping you reconnect with what steadies you, what matters, and what feels true beneath the noise.

What is Connection Compass?

Connection Compass is a way of finding your bearings again – within yourself, in relationship with others, and in the wider context of your life.

The Compass helps you reconnect with what feels meaningful, alive, and real – across four essential domains.

Self
Nature
Community
Spirit
Self

Reconnect with your inner signals, discernment, and authenticity – especially when you’ve been adapting, overthinking, or losing touch with what feels true for you.

– Returning to what steadies and regulates you
– Recognising when you’ve drifted from yourself
– Rebuilding self-trust
– Reconnecting with what feels genuinely alive and true

Nature

Reconnect with the rhythms, perspective, beauty, and aliveness that help life feel bigger than the immediate moment.

– Returning to what steadies and regulates you
– Creating space beyond urgency and overthinking
– Reconnecting with awe, wonder, and perspective
– Remembering you are part of something larger and living

Community

Reconnect through meaningful human connection, shared humanity, and relationships that help you feel seen, supported, and less alone.

– Remembering you are not navigating life alone
– Recognising patterns that emerge through relationships
– Staying connected to yourself while relating to others
– Reconnecting with belonging, reciprocity, and mutual care

Spirit

Reconnect with meaning, presence, wonder, and the deeper experience of being alive.

– Returning to what truly matters
– Reconnecting with presence, consciousness, and inner knowing
– Allowing moments of beauty, awe, and mystery to move you
– Remembering life is more than pressure, productivity, or survival

When life starts feeling noisy, reactive, disconnected, or strangely flat, one or more of these reference points is often asking for attention.

Returning to them can help you regain perspective, reconnect with what matters, and find your footing again with greater clarity, steadiness and meaning.

Find Your Bearings in Different Ways

Different people reconnect in different ways. Some begin with reflection. Others begin with conversation, practice, or recognising themselves in a moment they’re living through.

  • Reflective self-coaching questions
  • Simple reconnection rituals and practices
  • Guided spaces for reflection and integration
  • Personalised 1:1 support, for those who choose it.

These are gentle invitations to notice what’s happening, reconnect with what steadies you, reflect on what matters, and respond with greater intention  through small moments of awareness and intentional response, rather than major overhauls.

The aim is not insight for its own sake, but a more grounded, meaningful, and intentional way of relating to everyday life.

Take the Connection Compass Quiz

The Connection Compass quiz is a short, two-minute reflection tool designed to help you:

  • see which reference point feels more present
  • see which domain is most undernourished right now
  • understand what kind of support would be stabilising
  • begin from clarity, rather than urgency
  • identify small, meaningful adjustments that feel right for you

There’s no scoring, no diagnosis, and no fixing – just a clearer sense of where you are, and where to begin. The quiz can be completed without sharing any personal details.

Who Created Connection Compass?

Connection Compass was created by Cherie Pasion from her own experience of feeling pulled away from what mattered by the noise, pressure, and demands of modern life – and learning how to find her way back again.

Over time, she began recognising the same experience in many thoughtful, capable people.

At the heart of the Compass is a simple insight: most people aren’t broken or lost. They’re overwhelmed, overextended, and pulled away from what matters by the pace, noise, and expectations surrounding them.

Drawing on her background in social science, behaviour change, sustainability, and nature-based practice, Cherie created Connection Compass as a calm, grounded, and human-centred approach to reconnecting with yourself, with others, with nature, and with what feels meaningful, alive, and real – without pressure, fixing, or ideology.

Ways to Work with the Connection Compass

There are several ways to engage with the Connection Compass – through simple touchpoints that support groundedness, clarity and steadiness in everyday life.
